Preparing foods
− Wash all foods well.
− Remove any damaged areas as well as any pips or cores.
− Prepare the food in accordance with the following dehydration table. Cut the
food into evenly-sized pieces and take note that the foods become significantly
smaller as a result of the dehydration process.
Dehydration table
The values indicated in the table are guideline values only. The
dehydration time depends on the size and thickness of the cut pieces
or slices. You can decide yourself how you prefer to enjoy your food.
