The Picasso Plus and Picasso Lite Plus Dental Laser units are factory calibrated. For accurate treatment
results, the unit(s) should be calibrated every 12 months following the date of purchase. It is required that
the customer contact AMD Lasers since calibration procedure requires specialized equipment and technical
expertise. Improper calibration could lead to instrument damage and failure to calibrate the laser.
DISCLAIMER: CALIBRATION BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A CERTIFIED AMD LASERS TECHNICIAN WILL VOID
THE WARRANTY.
To schedule calibration of your unit, contact your authorized representative or AMD Lasers at (866)
999-2635 to obtain an RMA or to be connected to the repair center closest to the laser location. Repair
and maintenance centers are located worldwide.

CALIBRATION PROCEDURE
The Picasso Plus and Picasso Lite Plus lasers have an ability to provide operator with warnings and
errors. Please see the error description with suggested steps to resolve it.
REMOTE INTERLOCK ERROR
This error appears on screen when the remote interlock connection has been opened. The laser shall
immediately go into Standby mode and error shall disappear from the screen only upon closing remote
interlock connection and placing the laser into Ready Mode by the operator.
