Using the Device Manager:
Provided that the graphics drivers are correctly installed and functioning, the model of the
graphics card may be found using the Device Manager.
Click on the Start button
Type in devmgmt.msc by using the Run command or Device Manager in the Search field
Click OK or press Enter
Click Display adapters to expand
The graphics card model number should appear under Display adapters
