  To address poor scrubbing with your American-Lincoln Scrubber, start by inspecting the scrubbing brushes. If they're worn down to 1/2" (1.3cm) or less, replace all three. Ensure correct scrubbing procedures are followed, checking brush pressure, brush type, solution flow, and the cleaning chemical used. In tough conditions, double scrubbing might be needed. Verify you're using American-Lincoln recommended cleaning agents or mixtures. Also, clear out the distribution tube and metering holes to the brushes, inspect the feed hose, and check the valve and cable control system for any obstructions.

  If your American-Lincoln Scrubber's engine runs but the machine won't move on level ground, check the foot pedal and its linkage for any jamming or misadjustments. Inspect the front wheels to ensure they aren't jammed and that the brakes aren't locked. If those aren't the issue, examine the hydraulic pump. Also check the tow valve. Finally, inspect the rear wheel hydraulic motor for issues like a broken shaft key or shaft.
