Also, verify that the needle protrusion depth is correct and reduce it if it’s set too deep, while adhering to clinical precautions. Finally, electromagnetic disturbances can affect puncture frequency; consult chapter 16 on electromagnetic compatibility for guidance. After addressing any of these issues, press any key on the control unit to return to the standard display.

  If the needle of the safety needle cartridge does not move while the motor of your Amiea Med Medical Equipment is running, the seal of the safety needle cartridge may be broken. You should immediately remove the safety needle cartridge according to Section 7.4.
