The temperature displayed is the ambient temperature in the area surrounding the sensor.
If, in spite of that, you would like to change the factory settings it is necessary to contact our
customer service center.
Lighting
The device is equipped with a internal light positioned in the top of the showcase. To turn on
and off the light, please use the button 11 pic.2.
LCD indicators
COMPRESSOR: this indicator lighting at the cooling cycle, it turns off when it is not active and
blinks when the cooling cycle is turned off for a long time.
DEFROST: this indicator lighting at defrost cycle, it switches off when the process ends and
blinks when the defrost cycle is inactive for a long time.
Defrost
The device automatically activates the defrost cycle every 6 hours. If the cooling power should
decrease, it will be necessary to activate a manual defrost:
To activate it, press the LIGHTING button for 6 seconds (11 pic.2).
During defrost the DEFROST light will show.
Notes for optimal use of the refrigerated showcase
In order to cool effectively the door should never be opened for a long time.
Furthermore, the doors should not be opened too often.
Never block the air inlet or the air outlet of the refrigerated showcase. In order to
guarantee the cooling effect a sufficient air stream must develop.
The stored foods should have sufficient interspaces to each other. Non-sufficient
distances may result affect the cooling performance.
The heights and distances of the grids should be chosen according to the heights of the
foods and beverages.
Warm foods should be cooled down to room temperature before them in the
refrigerated showcase.
In case of a sudden power breakdown the door should not be opened in order to
minimize the loss of cool air.
After pulling the power pug or a power breakdown the device should not be connected
to any power source for at least 5 minutes.
WARNING! BURN HAZARD!
The surface of the compressor may become very hot during regular use. Therefore, you
must never touch the compressor with bare hands.
