Pick up the handlebars to fix the position
adjust the Angle, tighten the 4 screws, pay
attention to lock the screws to prevent
loosening;

Unscrew this part to initially secure the
handlebars;

Use a screwdriver to twist the 4 screws of
the driving rod;
