The e-bike is powered by a 250W brushless gear motor, providing a maximum torque of 34N.M. Usage Features

Safety Instruction:

  • Pre-ride checks: Always check front and rear brakes, handlebar fastening, front and rear wheels, and reflector condition.
  • Motor usage: Avoid vigorous use and keep the rotating shaft lubricated.
  • Weather conditions: Exercise caution when riding in severe weather (rain or snow), extending braking distance.
  • Load limit: Do not exceed the maximum load of 120KG.
  • Age restriction: Suitable for people 16 years and older.
  • Traffic rules: Obey traffic rules, avoid riding on motorized lanes and roads with multiple pedestrians, and do not park in prohibited areas.
  • Parking: When charging, park in an outdoor dedicated parking hall, avoiding rain, combustibles, and charging for too long.
  • Speed limits: Do not exceed the default speed setting of the electric bicycle and do not exceed speed limits in accordance with traffic rules (e.g., 15km/h on non-motorized lanes).
  • Handlebar/Saddle adjustment: Ensure markings are not exceeded.
  • Tire pressure: Maintain recommended tire pressure of 35-45PSI.
  • Power circuit: Check power circuit, lighting circuit, etc., before riding.
  • E-bike restrictions: Not to be used as off-road vehicles or for extreme bicycle sports. Wear a safety helmet and protective gear.

Bike Use:

  • Before Riding: Ensure the battery capacity meets riding demand. Check the power circuit, lighting circuit, and brake system. Always check tire pressure before starting to ride.
  • Tire Pressure: If the pressure is too low, the wheel may be damaged or the inner tube may leak. If the pressure exceeds the recommended maximum value, the tire may blow out, causing injury.
  • During Riding: Wear helmets and riding gear. Avoid traveling in severe weather. Do not exceed the 120kg load limit. Obey traffic rules.
  • After Riding: Do not touch hot surfaces like the disc brake rotor or side edge of the brake rim. Fold the kickstand to ensure the stand is secure. Clean the bicycle with moisture, wiping it dry and clean.
  • Brake Adjustment: Ensure brake cables are properly inserted. Loosen or tighten the barrel adjuster to make small adjustments to the gap of the brake pads. Loosen two positioning bolts to adjust the position of the brake pad so that the rotor does not rub and is slightly close to the outer pad.
  • Shifting Recommendations: For starting and low-speed riding, use a low-speed gear. At higher speeds, a higher gear should be selected.

Meter Operation: The e-bike features a KEY-DISP meter with "MODE" and "M" buttons.

  • Assistance Levels: Low, Mid, High.
  • Battery Indicator: Displays current battery level.
  • Operating Instructions:
    • To switch on/off the E-Bike system, hold the "M" key for 2s. The default value is "low" pedal assist level.
    • Press "+" to increase pedal assist level to "mid".
    • Press "+" again to move into pedal assist level "high". "High" is the maximum power of PAS.
    • Full Electric Function (Pure electric mode): Press "-", until all three "low", "mid", "high" indicators are off.
  • Operation Cautions: Avoid the risk of collision. Do not modify system parameters to avoid parameters disorder. Contact the seller when error code appears.

Battery And Charging:

  • Safety: Keep the battery out of reach of children. Do not store the battery in temperatures above 35°C/95°F or below -5°C/23°F. Do not put the battery in acidic or alkaline liquid, keep away from rain, fire, and high-temperature environments.
  • Prohibitions: Strictly forbidden to connect positive and negative poles of the battery reversely. Strictly forbidden to damage, disassemble, or short-circuit the battery.
  • Used Batteries: Used batteries are hazardous chemicals and should not be disassembled without authorization.
  • Original Battery: Use the original battery. Do not replace it with other brands or products.
  • Charging Safety: Follow instructions for use. Use the original special charger. Pay attention to battery type and applicable voltage. Charging time should not exceed 6 hours.
  • Charging Environment: Charge in a ventilated environment, not in a confined space, residential building, or hot environment.
  • Charging Process: Insert the battery first, then add the mains. After charging fully (green light will be on), first cut off the mains, then unplug the battery. If the indicator light is abnormal, a peculiar smell appears, or the charger casing is overheated, stop charging immediately.
  • Storage: Do not carry the charger in the car as much as possible. If it is necessary, it should be placed in the toolbox after the shock absorption treatment.
  • Long-term Storage: For long-term storage, keep the battery in a cool and dry place, and charge the battery for two hours a month.
  • Reminder: Charge a new battery 4-6 hours before first use. If the battery is dropped or damaged, there may be a danger of electrolyte leakage. Stop using it immediately. It is better not to wait until the power is completely exhausted before charging.
  • Battery Disposal: Battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose of the battery in a fire (may explode or leak). Do not dispose of the battery in regular household trash.

Maintenance Features

General Maintenance:

  • Front and rear wheels: Should be located in the center of the front fork or frame.
  • Storage: Store the bike in a place without sunlight and rain.
  • Cleaning: Water showering is forbidden; clean the surface of the car body with a semi-dry cloth.
  • Charging hole: Do not touch the charging hole on the bicycle, or touch it with metal, otherwise, it may cause an accident due to an instantaneous short circuit of the current.
  • Cables and housing: Check all cables and cable housings for fraying, breaks, rust, or corrosion and replace if necessary.
  • Brake area: Check the motor and brake frequently, and do not fill the brake area with oil. Additionally, check the brake pads for any damage as they will be worn over time and eventually need replacement.
  • Screws: Regularly check the various screws of the car and the places that need to be fastened, and regularly reinforce to prevent injury and unnecessary wear and tear on your e-bike.
  • Torque: Recommended torque (unit: kgf.cm): the horizontal screw 60-80, the stem screw 175-200, the seat cushion screw 175-250, the wheel screw 320-450.
  • Chain tension: Regularly check the tension of the chain, which can be adjusted by the chain regulator.
  • Tire: Always check the tire for scratches, cracks, or excessive wear. The inner tube and the valve should be perpendicular to the wheel hub and not crooked. Accidentally punctured, damaged, or excessively worn inner and outer tires need to be replaced immediately.
  • Parts replacement: It is forbidden to modify key structural parts such as the frame, front fork, standpipe, and electrical function parts. If damaged, use the original parts to replace it. Otherwise, the guarantee service will not be provided. Any loss or damage caused by the modification shall be solely responsible.

Installation and Adjustment: The manual provides detailed steps for assembling the e-bike, including:

  • Kickstand Installation: Unscrew the screw in the kickstand, install it, and then tighten with a tool.
  • Stem and Handlebar Installation: Install the stem and tighten the screw. Use a wrench from the tool kit to loosen four screws, put the stem into the bike in balance, and adjust the handlebar to a proper angle and position.
  • Front Wheel Installation: Loosen the fixing rod of the front fork and remove it. Take out the quick release from the wheel and unscrew the bolt. Set the front wheel into the front fork, making sure the fork hanger holds onto the wheel axle, and make sure the disc put into the middle of the brake. Insert the quick-release axle into the spring and tighten the screw.
  • Front Fender and Headlight Assembly: Loosen the screw on the corresponding position of the front wheel, as shown in the figure below. Put the fender and light in this position. Tighten the screw that secures the fender.
  • Pedal Installation: Ensure that the thread of each pedal is fully inserted into the crank arm. Tighten the pedals completely with a wrench. (Counterclockwise screw the pedal marked "L" on the left side crank. Clockwise screw the pedal marked "R" on the right side crank.)
  • Saddle Tube and Rear Fender Assembly: First connect the seat and the seat tube. Install the saddle tube into the post receiver. Set the right position and adjust height to fit your riding habit. (Note: please be careful not to exceed the limit line) and then tighten the seat with the clamp. Install the rear fender.
  • Brake Lever, Meter, Gear Shifter, Throttle, and Louder Controller Adjustment: Tighten them with tools.
  • Battery Installation: Open the box of the battery. Connect the connectors. Put the battery in the bag and lock, then tighten the belts.
  • Throttle Change: Take right side grip. Install throttle, lock the throttle by tools. Open controller box and take out controller. Connect the connection socket between the throttle valve and the controller.

Warranty: ANCHEER provides a one-year limited hardware warranty. This warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It starts on the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage due to improper use; failure to follow product instructions; or to perform any preventive maintenance, unauthorized repair, external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond reasonable control.
