Apple waes
Method
1. Switch on the wae maker and allow it to heat up while you make the
wae mix. The red and green lights will be illuminated.
2. Melt the buer and allow it too cool slightly.
3. Whisk 4 eggs in a mixing bowl.
4. Add the melted buer, sugar, salt, cloves, cinnamon and diced apple.
5. Mix thoroughly and sr, carefully fold in the our.
6. When the green light goes out, it is me to start cooking your waes.
7. Put approximately 1 tablespoon of wae mix onto each plate and close the
lid.
8. Leave for around 4 minutes. Then open the lid and remove your waes
using a wooden spatula.
9. The waes should be crispy brown and cooked through, ready to eat.
10. You may cook the waes for longer if required.
