• From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance

shows any signs of damage.

• This appliance has a polarized plug, (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature to

reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarizes outlet only one way.

If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified

electrician. Dp not attempt to defeat this safety feature or modify the plug in any way. If the plug

fits loosely into the AC outlet or if the AC outlet feels warm do not use that outlet.

• The appliance must be used and rested on a table or flat & stable surface.

Your food slicer is suitable for cutting bread, all kinds of ham, meat, sausage, cheese vegetables,

etc. Before using your food slicer for the first time, you should become familiar with all of the parts.

Read all instructions and safeguards carefully.

FIRST USE

• Before first use, remove the device and all accessories and being careful with sharp accessories.

• Clean the apparatus according to the instructions in "Cleaning" paragraph.

• Place the machine on a suitable flat, stable surface.

HOW TO USE

Note :

• To cut thin slices, before connecting, stop the machine and moisten the blade with a cloth. This

prevents the food from sticking to the blade.

• The pusher must be placed above the sliding plate,

• Do not use the device for more than 5 consecutive minutes.

Be sure to allow the appliance to cool down for 15 minutes before operating again. Failure to allow

the slicer motor to cool down may result in damage to the motor.

1. Set the cutting thickness using the button. At the back of

the slicer. (as show on image 1)

2. Plug into a power outlet in good condition.

3. Push the ON/OFF button to the ON position.

The blade starts spinning.

4. Place the food to be sliced on the sliding plate

and gently steer with the pusher towards the blade.

5. Move the sliding tray regularly forwards and backwards,

pressing lightly.

• Unroll the power cord completely.

• Check that the tension in force in the country where you are corresponds to that indicated on

the apparatus.

• Connect the apparatus in a correct socket-outlet, (and connected to the ground if the unit is

Class I), to avoid any danger.

• Disconnect the power source cable before any operation of cleaning of maintenance and

accessories assembly.

• Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.

• Never modify the appliance in anyway.

Function Description:

The primary function of this device is to uniformly slice food items to a desired thickness. Users can adjust the cutting thickness using a dedicated knob located at the back of the slicer. Food is placed on a sliding plate and gently guided towards a spinning stainless steel blade using a food pusher. The sliding tray moves forwards and backwards, with light pressure applied to ensure consistent slicing. Usage Features:

Adjustable Thickness: A thickness adjustment knob allows users to select the desired slice thickness.
Sliding Plate and Food Pusher: Food is placed on a sliding plate and guided by a food pusher, ensuring safety and uniform slicing. The food pusher must always be used to keep fingers away from the sharp blade.

Continuous Operation Limit: The device should not be operated for more than 5 consecutive minutes. A cooling period of 15 minutes is required between uses to prevent motor damage.
Food Preparation Tips:
- For very thin slices of meat or fish, it's recommended to firm up the food in the freezer for a maximum of 1 hour.
- Meat should be boneless.
- Fruits should be free of seeds.
- For warm boneless roasts (beef, pork, lamb, ham), allow them to cool for 15-20 minutes after removing from the oven to ensure even slicing and prevent crumbling.
- Chill cheese thoroughly before slicing and allow it to reach room temperature before serving for enhanced flavor.
- For cold cuts, remove any plastic or casing before slicing.
- For thin slices of bread, moistening the blade with a cloth before connecting the machine can prevent sticking.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning:
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Clean the outside of the apparatus with a sponge or slightly wet linen.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, gritting, or metal brushes.
- The motor does not require oiling.
- For thorough cleaning, all slicing parts, including the feeder, should be removed. The feeder can be removed by releasing a detachable rod.
- Wash removed parts with a soft cloth or sponge and mild soap, then rinse and dry.
- Clean the suction cups feet with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner to remove any fat particles.
Blade Removal and Cleaning:
- To remove the stainless steel blade, ensure the switch is in the OFF position and the device is disconnected from the power supply.
- Lift the central part of the blade and turn it clockwise.
- Carefully remove the base plate, preferably using a glove, as the blade is extremely sharp.
- Wash the blade with a damp cloth or sponge and dish soap, then rinse and wipe dry.
- Replace the blade by reversing the removal procedure.
Storage:
- Ensure the unit is completely cool and dry before storage.
- Do not wrap the cord around the appliance, as this can cause damage.
- Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
