Overview

The Anescva Electric Food Slicer, model SL-520, is a household appliance designed for slicing various food items such as bread, ham, meat, sausage, cheese, vegetables, and fruits. It operates on a 120V~60Hz power supply with a 200W motor.

Function Description:

The primary function of this device is to uniformly slice food items to a desired thickness. Users can adjust the cutting thickness using a dedicated knob located at the back of the slicer. Food is placed on a sliding plate and gently guided towards a spinning stainless steel blade using a food pusher. The sliding tray moves forwards and backwards, with light pressure applied to ensure consistent slicing. The device is suitable for preparing thin slices for toasting, party breads, pound cake, fruitcake, cookies, or chilled dough. It can also be used for vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, eggplant, squash, and zucchini, as well as fruits like pineapple.
