Usage Features
Powering the Unit:
The alarm clock can be powered in two ways:
- USB Connection: Connect the DC IN plug of the supplied USB cable to the DC IN jack on the unit. Then, connect the full-sized USB plug to a USB charger (not supplied). The clock display will light up.
- Battery Installation: For backup power or portable use, open the battery door (secured by a screw), insert 4xAAA, 1.5V batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings, and then close the battery door. The clock display will light up.
Setting the Dimmer Level:
Press the DIMMER button repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels for the display.
Turning the Alarm On/Off:
Press the ALARM ON/OFF button to toggle the alarm status. When the alarm is set to "on," the alarm indicator on the display will light up.
Setting the Clock and Alarm:
- Enter Setting Mode: Press and hold the SET button. The display will show "12H" blinking.
- Set Time Format: Use the UP or DOWN button to select either "24H" or "12H". Press SET to confirm.
- Set Hour: The hour digit will blink. Use the UP or DOWN button to adjust the hour. Press SET to confirm.
- Set Minute: The minute digit will blink. Use the UP or DOWN button to adjust the minute. Press SET to confirm.
- Set Alarm On/Off: "ONAL" (Alarm On) will blink. Use the UP or DOWN button to set the alarm to "on" or "off". If set to "on," the alarm indicator will light up. Press SET to confirm.
- Set Alarm Hour: The alarm hour digit will blink. Use the UP or DOWN button to adjust the alarm hour. Press SET to confirm.
- Set Alarm Minute: The alarm minute digit will blink. Use the UP or DOWN button to adjust the alarm minute. Press SET to confirm.
Snooze Function:
When the alarm is ringing, press the SNOOZE button on the unit. The alarm indicator will blink, and the alarm will sound again after 9 minutes.
Stopping the Alarm:
To stop the alarm from ringing, press either the UP or DOWN button on the unit.
Power Interruption:
In case of a power interruption (e.g., if the USB power is disconnected and no batteries are installed, or if batteries run out), press any button to wake up the unit once power is restored or new batteries are inserted.

Troubleshooting:
- No Display: If the display is off, check if the batteries are consumed. Replace with new batteries if necessary.

Battery Precautions:
