Selecting Tones for the ATG-2
Overview
The ATG-2 DIP switch provides pins for selecting output tones and
setting operations. When finished setting pins, check the ATG-2 for
proper operation. The following figure shows the functions of the
ATG-2 DIP switch pins.
Select EVAC channel tones.
Select to use the ATG-2 in a remote paging application.
Select to use the ATG-2 as the main paging/tone generator.
Select ALERT channel tones.
Selecting an Evacuation
Channel Tone
The ATG-2 can produce a chime or a 20 pulses-per-minute tone on the
secondary (Alert) channel. To select the secondary channel, set DIP
switches 7 and 8 in one of the following combinations.

Evacuation Tone Settings
DIP Switches 14 to produce one of the following tones: a slow whoop,
Hi/Lo, or steady tone. Select a tone by setting switches as follows.

When finished selecting the tone, test the ATG-2 to check the tones.
