Lift side bars to upright position, ensuring steps are completed within canvas covering.
Insert safety pin into crossbar to secure side bars with wrap spring clip.
Push back wheels into frame until clicks. Release by lifting trailer and pressing axle buttons.
Fold hitch arm parallel to base frame and secure with safety pin through front hole.
