  If your Apex Digital Humidifier is leaking water, it could be due to incorrect assembly of the water chamber or worn-out components. First, remove the water chamber from the heater and discard all water. Take the base plate from the Water Chamber. Ensure the removable base plate is secured into the base of the water chamber. Fill the chamber with water until it reaches the fill line and check again for leakage. If the water chamber or removable base plate is worn out, replace the water chamber.

  Condensation in the mask or flexible tubing of your Apex Digital Humidifier can occur if the heater plate setting is too high. Try adjusting the control knob to lower the temperature setting. It can also happen if the ambient room temperature is too cold, causing the warm humidified air to condense. Remove any air conditioner near the humidifier or keep the room temperature close to 25 degrees Celsius.
