BATTERY WARNINGS:
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
• Batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Remove batteries if the item will not be used for an extended period of time.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the item before being charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

Remove battery compartment cover by pressing your ngers
on the two ribbed areas, and pulling the cover down and o.
Note: It may require additional force to remove the battery
compartment cover.
Insert two AA batteries (not included) into the battery
compartment in the polarity direction shown inside. (Figure 1)
Note: The Roto Clipper® Electric Nail Trimmer will not turn on if
the batteries are inserted incorrectly.
Replace the battery compartment cover.

This device is intended only for trimming or ling human nger and toenails.
Avoid use on irritated, ingrown, or infected nger or toenails.
Consult a physician before use if any nail conditions exist.
Do not rinse unit with water. Only clean the outside of the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
If any part of the Roto Clipper® Electric Nail Trimmer appears to be damaged or malfunctioning, discontinue use immediately.
Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individuals with certain disabilities.

Before Using Your Roto Clipper® Electric Nail Trimmer
For best results, soak your nails in warm water for about 30 seconds
before using the Roto Clipper® Electric Nail Trimmer, or use the unit after
coming out from the bath or shower.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to dry your ngers thoroughly before using the
Roto Clipper® Electric Nail Trimmer, to ensure that no liquids enter the
interior of the device.
