Our monitoring team will answer –
Our monitoring team will speak to you through the
alarm base unit. All your details will be available
on their computer screen. The monitoring staff will
assess your situation and take appropriate action.

Assistance will be sent to you –
The monitoring team will call you, your nominated
contacts or the emergency services if needed,
depending on your situation. They will pass on
relevant medical conditions, medication and your
key safe code for access.
