For the original MacBook model, remove the 3-mm long ground screw from both display
hinges. For the Late 2006 model, remove the 3-mm long ground screw from the left hinge
only.
Note: Although the images show the inverter board installed, it should be removed
previously as listed in the preliminary steps.
