TOPPING-UP
If necessary, top up:
•
Unscrew and remove the oil cap
(2).
•
Pour a small amount of oil and
wait for about a minute so that
the oil flows inside the crank-
case uniformly.
•
Make sure that the oil level com-
pletely covers the control win-
dow (1).
•
If this does not occur, repeat
with small quantities of oil,
checking through the window
(1), until the required level is
reached.
•
When finished, screw in and
lock the refueling cap (2).
CLOSE THE REFILLING CAP CARE-
FULLY AND MAKE SURE THAT THE
OIL DOES NOT LEAK.
PERIODICALLY CHECK THAT THERE
ARE NO LEAKS, IN CORRESPOND-
ENCE WITH THE CRANKCASE COV-
ER GASKET.
DO NOT RIDE THE VEHICLE WITH IN-
SUFFICIENT LUBRICATION OR WITH
CONTAMINATED OR INCORRECT LU-
BRICANTS AS THIS ACCELERATES
THE WEAR AND TEAR OF THE MOV-
REMPLISSAGE
Effectuer le remplissage si nécessaire :
•
Dévisser et enlever le bouchon
de remplissage (2).
•
Verser une petite quantité d'hui-
le et attendre environ une minu-
te afin que l'huile coule unifor-
mément à l'intérieur du carter.
•
S'assurer que le niveau d'huile
couvre complètement le hublot
(1).
•
Si cela n'arrive pas, répéter le
remplissage avec de petites
quantités d'huile et contrôler à
travers le hublot (1), jusqu'à at-
teindre le niveau prescrit.
•
Une fois cette opération finie,
visser et serrer le bouchon de
remplissage (2).
SERRER CORRECTEMENT LE BOU-
CHON DE REMPLISSAGE ET S'ASSU-
RER QUE L'HUILE NE SUINTE PAS.
CONTRÔLER PÉRIODIQUEMENT
L'ABSENCE DE FUITES AU NIVEAU
DU JOINT DU COUVERCLE DU CAR-
TER.
NE PAS CONDUIRE LE VÉHICULE
SANS LUBRIFICATION SUFFISANTE
OU AVEC DES LUBRIFIANTS POLLU-
ÉS OU IMPROPRES, PARCE QUE CE-
LA ACCÉLÈRE L'USURE DES PIÈCES
EN MOUVEMENT ET PEUT PROVO-
