Summary

Step 1: Prepare Rocker Panel

Insert M8 Bolt Plates

Insert M8 Bolt Plates into the oval holes on the rocker panel as indicated.

Step 2: Assemble and Attach Front Mounting Bracket

Assemble Front Mounting Bracket

Assemble Driver Front Mounting Bracket and Front Support Bracket using specified hardware.

Mark and Drill Pinch Weld Holes

Mark and drill two holes on the pinch weld based on bracket position.

Step 3: Install Front Mounting Bracket

Secure Front Mounting Bracket

Install the assembled front mounting bracket onto rocker panel and pinch weld.

Step 4: Install Rear and Center Brackets

Repeat Bracket Installation

Repeat steps 1-3 for rear and center mounting brackets and support brackets.

Step 5: Mount Running Board

Attach Running Board to Brackets

Attach the running board to the mounting brackets using specified hardware.

Step 6: Final Tightening and Adjustment

Tighten All Hardware

Level and adjust the running board, then fully tighten all hardware per torque specs.

Step 7: Complete Installation

Install Second Side

Repeat steps 1-4 for the other side of the vehicle.

Periodic Inspection and Cleaning

Perform periodic inspections and use mild soap for cleaning.
