  If your AQUAPHOR Water System isn't producing soft water after regeneration, start by adding salt to the brine cabinet. If there's sediment, remove the brine line and air check/draw tube and flush them clean. Clean the injector assembly and remove any sediment from the brine cabinet. Clear any debris from the flow control. Ensure the drain line isn't pinched, frozen, or restricted. If the injector assembly is clogged, clean the nozzle and throat with a wooden toothpick. Finally, if a salt bridge has formed, dislodge it with a blunt object or use hot water around the inside perimeter to loosen the salt.

  If your AQUAPHOR Water System isn't producing soft water, ensure the bypass valve is in the Service position. Also, verify that the appliance is plumbed correctly. After an extended power outage, reset the time of day. If the water hardness has increased, re-test the water and enter a new setting number. Finally, flow should be indicated with water usage; if there's no flow, further investigation is needed.
