What to do if ICE FULL and REFILL WATER light are on in Aquaport Ice Maker?

  If both the ICE FULL and REFILL WATER lights are illuminated on your Aquaport Ice Maker, it likely means the water tray is blocked by an ice cube. To resolve this, press the STOP button, turn off the power supply, and disconnect the power cord. Clear any ice cubes from under the ice shovel. Then, reconnect the power and press the START button. The machine should restart automatically within two minutes.

Why is the REFILL WATER light on my Aquaport AQP-IM12C?

  If the REFILL WATER indicator light is on, it could be due to insufficient water in the water reservoir. To fix this, press the STOP button, fill the reservoir with water, wait 3 minutes, and then press the START button to restart the Aquaport Ice Maker. Once the water reaches the fill line, the ice maker should restart automatically. Another possible cause is air trapped in the water pump. To resolve this, remove the silicon stopper at the bottom of the reservoir and allow a few drops of water to run out.

What to do if Aquaport AQP-IM12C Ice Maker is not making ice?

  If your Aquaport Ice Maker's ice making cycle is normal but no ice is forming, it might be due to a few reasons. The room temperature should be between 10-35°C, and the water temperature should be between 8-32°C. If the temperatures are outside of these ranges, adjust them accordingly. It is also possible that the refrigerant in the cooling system has leaked or the pipe in the cooling system is blocked. In these cases, contact Customer Service.

  If your Aquaport Ice Maker keeps running, but the water is warmer than normal, it could be that the magnetic valve is broken. In this case, contact Customer Service.
