INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

STEP 1

• Before putting a can of foam on the gun, press the trigger

down to release any air trapped in the barrel.

STEP 2

• Shake foam can and thread the can into the gun.

NOTE: do not overtighten

STEP 3

• Squeeze trigger to allow foam to ﬁll the barrel.

STEP 4

• Adjust the ﬂow by tightening or loosening the ﬂow-

adjustment screw found on the back of the gun.

General Maintenance

STEP 5

• When ﬁnished, tighten the ﬂow-adjustment screw fully until

trigger is locked.

• Nozzle tip can be cleaned using a wire brush or similar material. DO NOT scrape on rough surface such as concrete or rocks.

• If the gun barrel is clogged, use a can of Foam Gun Cleaner (#22011) to ﬂush out the barrel.

• If the ball valve, located in the gun where the can is attached, becomes stuck, use a thin object such as a pencil, to press down

on the ball to release.

WARNING: Always keep a can of foam on the gun. Failure to do so will cause foam to harden in the barrel and

clog the gun.

Step 1: Prepare Barrel

Press the trigger down to release any air trapped in the barrel before attaching the foam can.

Step 2: Attach Foam Can

Shake the foam can and thread it into the gun, taking care not to overtighten.

Step 3: Fill Barrel with Foam

Squeeze the trigger to allow foam to fill the barrel.

Step 4: Adjust Flow Rate

Step 5: Lock Trigger

When finished, tighten the flow-adjustment screw fully until the trigger is locked.

Clean the nozzle tip with a wire brush and flush clogged barrels with foam gun cleaner.

Stuck Ball Valve Correction

Use a thin object to press the ball valve if it becomes stuck to release it.

Always keep a can of foam attached to the gun to prevent hardening and clogging.
