Installing the System

Shutting off the Main Water Supply Valve

Locate and test the main water supply valve. Turn off clockwise. Test by turning on a faucet.

Installing the Filter

Place unwrapped filter inside housing, centering on stand pipe. Screw housing onto head counterclockwise.

System Startup

Turn on main water supply valve. Check for leaks and run water for 10 minutes to purge air/fines.

System Maintenance

Shutting off the Supply Water

Removing the Filter Housing

Press pressure relief button. Use wrench to loosen housing. Discard old filter and clean housing.

Installing the New Filter

Place new filter, check o-ring. Screw housing onto head using wrench, ensuring correct orientation.

System Startup After Maintenance

Turn on main water supply valve. Check for leaks. Run water for 10 minutes to purge air or carbon fines.
