      If your Aquion Water Dispenser is experiencing a loss of water pressure, first bypass the system to confirm the problem. If the issue persists after bypassing, it is not related to the filter, and you should have your water distribution system checked. If the problem is resolved after bypass, check for mineral or iron buildup in the filter tank and replace the filter bed. Also, inspect for a plugged lower distributor or riser pipe and remove any debris. Finally, check for a crushed lower distributor and replace the riser pipe assembly if necessary.

      If your Aquion Water Dispenser is showing poor water quality, it might be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the bypass valve is closed and not in the bypass position. If the filter media is exhausted, replace the filter bed. Also, check the rise tube to ensure it is seated correctly and not cracked. If there is loss of filter media, please refer to Symptom 2.

      If you're experiencing a loss of filter media in your Aquion Water Dispenser, it could be due to a damaged lower distributor. In this case, replace the distributor, flush the pipes of filter media, and add replacement filter media lost from the system. Another cause could be reversed INLET and OUTLET water connections. Disconnect and reconnect them in the correct orientation, then flush the pipes and add replacement filter media.
