How to fix low pressure on my AR Blue Clean 600?
    • A
      arellanomistyJul 28, 2025
If the AR Blue Clean Outdoor Cart experiences low pressure, start by cleaning the nozzle and checking for any blockages. Ensure there's sufficient water flow to the pump; increase it if needed. Also, pull out the inlet screen and clean it carefully. Using a larger diameter supply hose can also help. Finally, inspect the pump valves for debris, wear, or damage, and replace them if necessary. Torque valve caps to 300 in/lbs.

Why is my AR Blue Clean Outdoor Cart pressure surging?
    • A
      Anne YoungAug 11, 2025
Surging pressure in your AR Blue Clean Outdoor Cart can be caused by a restricted supply due to undersized fittings or a dirty inlet. Try using larger fittings and cleaning the inlet screen. Insufficient water flow to the pump can also cause this issue, so increase the water flow. Another potential cause is air trapped in the pump head. To resolve this, squeeze the gun trigger before starting the machine, then start the engine and run water until all the air is purged from the system. Lastly, check the pump valves for debris, wear, or damage, and replace them if needed. Torque valve caps to 300 in/lbs.
