soapsordetergentasthismaydamagethecoatingsonthe

stormapstoincreaseventilationwillreducecondensationandassistwithdrying.
• Erectyourswagwithincreasedventilationtoreducecondensationformingontheinnersurfaceofthe
canvas.
• YourARBSkydomeswagis‘freestanding’,howeverinwindyconditionsARBrecommendsitbe
peggedandguyropedsecurely.
• DONOTspraythematerialswithinsect/pesticideaerosolspraysornon-compatiblewaterrepellents.

•ARB Product meansproductswhichARBmanufacturersorforwhichARBistheexclusivesupplier
•Product InformationmeanstheinformationabouttherelevantARBProductwhichmaybecontainedinanyof:
documentationprovidedwiththeARBProduct,owner’smanual,operatingmanual,servicemanualorthe
manufacturer’smanualorlabelsattachedtotheARBProduct
• Warranty Periodmeans,inrespectofanARBProduct,meanstheperiodthatthiswarrantyagainstdefectsapplies
andwhichissetoutinthetableinparagraph8.
2)Tobeentitledtoclaimthewarranty,thecustomermust:
a)havetheARBProductttedinaccordancewiththeProductInformation
b)carryoutnormalcareandmaintenanceoftheARBProduct,includinganyrequiredbytheProductInformation
c)provideproofofpurchaseoftheARBProduct
d)maketheclaimintheWarrantyPeriod.
3)Thewarrantywillnotapplyincircumstanceswherethedefectiscausedby:
a)unusual,improperornegligentuseormisuseoftheARBProduct
b)incorrectttingoftheARBProductotherthanatanARBOutlet
c)loadingtheARBProductwithweightsinexcessofProductInformation
d)useofnon-genuineARBcomponentsinorwiththeARBProduct
e)useonvehicleswithmodicationsnotapprovedintheProductInformationoratanARBOutletatthetimeoftting
f)causedbyracingorcompetitionuse
g)useoftheARBProductoutsideoftherequirementsoftheProductInformation.
4)Theprocedureforthecustomertoclaimthewarrantyis:
a)returntheARBProducttothenearestARBOutletorcontactARBtoarrangeatimetobringavehiclettedwiththe
ARBProducttoanARBOutletforinspection.Contactdetailsareinparagraph7belowiffurtherinformationisrequired

b)bringproofofpurchaseoftheARBProducttotheARBOutlet
c)ARBwillreviewtheARBProductandadvisewhethertheconditionsofthiswarrantyhavebeenmet
5)WhereARBacceptsacustomer’swarrantyclaim,ARBwillrectifyanydefectiveworkmanshipormaterialsatitsown
expense.

8)TheperiodwithinwhichadefectintheARBProductsmustappearifthecustomeristobeentitledtoclaimthewarrantyis
2yearsor40,000km(whichevercomesrst)startingonthedateofpurchaseunless:
a)theARBProductisusedinCommercialuse.Commercialusemeansuseinindustryorcommerceincluding(without
limitation)useintheminingindustryorasahirevehicle.Inthiscase,theWarrantyPeriodisthelesserof1yearor
20,000km,oronethirdoftheperiodordistancespeciedinthetable,startingonthedateofpurchase.
9)Thewarrantyagainstdefectscontainedinthisdocumentreplacesanyotherwarrantyagainstdefectsorvoluntarywarranty
giveninrelationtotheProducts.
ARBwarrantstheARBProductsagainstdefectsinworkmanshipandmaterialsfortheWarrantyPeriod.If
defectiveworkmanshipormaterialsbecomeapparentintheWarrantyPeriod,ARBwillreplaceorrepair
thedefectiveProduct.

entitledtoareplacementorrefundforamajorfailureandcompensationforanyotherreasonablyforeseeable

acceptablequalityandthefailuredoesnotamounttoamajorfailure.
