SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: Read and understand all safety warnings, instructions, and tool markings before starting any work.
Failure to follow the instructions may result in serious injury.
1. Keep work area safe, clean and well lit. Keep children and bystanders away while operating the tool.
2. Use personal protective equipment such as face shield, suitable safety gloves and dust mask.
3. This tool must only be used on an angle grinder tted with an auxiliary side handle.
Always use two hands to operate the grinder. See Diagram 1 (11+12). Ensure that work piece is rmly secured.

Maintenance: (See Diagram 2)
Keep tool sharp, ensure cutter fixing screws (14) are firmly tightened with the Torx
TM
Key (13) and
check for possible damage before every use. The cutting teeth (15) can be rotated to a new sharp
edge after loosening the fixing screws (14). Make sure you tighten the fixing screw after rotating or
replacing the tooth. Periodically loosen and re-tighten the screws even without rotating the teeth, as
the screws may bind up over time.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: Ensure grinder is unplugged from power source before
assembling or disassembling.
WARNING: Ensure the blade is properly fitted and tightened before use.
WARNING: Only use the Arbortech Mini TURBO or Sanding Pads on the
extension shaft. The use of other blades on the shaft may be dangerous and
uncontrollable.
Mounting of Mini TURBO Blade: (See Diagram 1.1)
Thread the Extension Shaft (4) to the bottom of the Grinders Spindle (6). Do not
use any backing flange or spacers. A M14-M10 adaptor (5) is supplied in some
regions and can be used to mount the shaft on a M10 x 1.5mm only spindle
thread. Fasten the Mini Turbo Blade (3) using the button head M5 screw (1) and
washer (2) supplied with the kit.
Mounting of Sanding Pad: (See Diagram 1.2)
Use the countersunk M5 screw (7), the plastic flange (8), sanding disc (9) and
the soft rubber backing pad (10) for correct installation of the sanding pads.
