unattended and before assembling,
disassembling, or cleaning.
If the power cable gets damaged, it
has to be replaced only in a service
centre approved by the manufacturer,
in order to avoid a hazard.
To clean the appliance, refer to the
MAINTENANCE paragraph.
The aluminum blade (7) and the
copper pot (9) are not suitable for
contact with strongly acidic or heavily
salted foods.
Use the appliance only for cooking
the polenta or its variants as indicated
in the recipe (dowloadable from the
web site www.ardes.it).
