- These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts separately for other
applications.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the parts intended for contact with food as
indicated in the paragraphs “Instructions for first use” and “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST USE.
Before using the appliance for the first time, remove all the packaging elements and operate the
appliance empty for approximately 15 minutes at maximum temperature in a well-ventilated room to
eliminate odours and fumes due to any processing residues on the internal parts of the appliance.
Remove the plug from the power outlet and let the device cool down.
Before using the appliance for the first time clean it according to the indications in the "CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE" paragraph.
APPLIANCE USAGE
1. Remove the container (1) from the fryer, insert the required accessory (10, 11, 12) into the basket
and place the ingredients in the container. Refer to “PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS” paragraph for
information regarding the preparation of ingredients.
Do not allow food to come into contact with the heating elements. Do not overfill containers
and pay particular attention to food that increase in volume. Under no circumstances should
the container be used without the accessories (10, 11, 12).
Attention: never pour oil or other liquids into the container or accessories. Use of oil is
only permitted as indicated in the “PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS” paragraph.
2. Insert the container (1) into the appliance.
3. Insert the plug in the power socket. The button will light up to indicate that the appliance is connected
to the mains.
4. Press the key to enable the keys.
5. Press the key to select one of the pre-set programs. The selected program (8) will flash on the
control panel.
6. Press the key to select the cooking temperature or time. The value corresponding to the
temperature or time will flash on the display (7). Use the keys to adjust the values (7).
After 10 seconds without pressing the keys , the device emits a short beep. Should
the values need to be changed further, repeat step 6.
7. Press the key to start cooking.
The appliance enters stand-by mode if no keys are pressed for 60 seconds during programme
selection or if the key is pressed for 3 seconds.
