(EN) TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

The appliance does not work
Timer off
Set timer
The display shows “no Pot”
Container has not been
inserted correctly
Remove container and insert
again
Food is not cooked
Too much food in basket
Reduce quantity of food in
basket
Set temperature is too low
Increase cooking temperature
Set time is too short
Increase cooking time
Cooking food is not
uniform
Food was not mixed during
cooking
Cook for a few more minutes,
while mixing the food, see
section “PROGRAMMES AND
SETTINGS”
Fried foods are not crispy
Foods suitable for conventional
oil frying have been used
Use foods suitable for cooking
in the oven or consult the
“PROGRAMMES AND
SETTINGS” section
White smoke escapes
from the appliance
Fatty ingredients
As indicated in the
“PROGRAMMES AND
SETTINGS” section, avoid
cooking excessively fatty foods
Container contains greasy
residue from previous use
Clean container and/or basket
thoroughly after each use
The display shows “E1”
Open circuit of the NTC
temperature sensor
Turn off the appliance, and
remove the plug from the
socket. Contact assistance
The display shows “E2”
Short-circuit of the NTC
temperature sensor
Turn off the appliance, and
remove the plug from the
socket. Contact assistance
Appliance goes into standby
mode during cooking and keys
do not work
Over temperature: temperature
has exceeded 230°C and the
appliance has stopped
cooking.
Five beeps are emitted every
minute until the temperature
drops low enough for cooking
to resume.
