CONTRAST SETTING
Set the display contrast for the correct viewing angle, which depends on the height of the oven from the fl oor
and the stature of the user:
MOVE THE VIEWING ANGLE UPWARDS
• Keep the
and buttons pressed simultaneously. The message “CON” is displayed and you will hear a
beep; the viewing angle is moved one step upwards.
• While keeping the
button pressed, release the button and press it again for each upward adjustment
step wanted.
MOVE THE VIEWING ANGLE DOWNWARDS
• Keep the
and buttons pressed simultaneously. The message “CON” is displayed and you will hear a
beep; the viewing angle is moved one step downwards.
• While keeping the
button pressed, release the button and press it again for each downward adjustment
step wanted.
PLEASE NOTE: There are 11 contrast adjustment steps. When turning the oven on the default contrast
value is 6 (optimised for a viewing angle of about 30° upwards).
So you then have 5 steps available to increase the angle and 5 to reduce it.
The CONTRAST SETTING function is active only when there is no ongoing programme.
DISPLAY
In all cases, starting from the STANDBY mode where only the clock is shown
on the display, the COMMANDS LOCK function can be set or the TIMER and
OVEN LAMP used.
Alternatively it is possible to set one of the cooking programmes by using the
right-hand keypad and then change the temperature or percentage given if
wanted using the
and . buttons.
When one of the programme buttons is pressed its symbol is shown on the display and:
In programmes with no grill function, the values for TEMPERATURE SET-
TING and OVEN AIR TEMPERATURE are also displayed, which vary while the
oven is operating.
In programmes with grill function, the value for PERCENTAGE GRILL PO-
WER is displayed instead.
With the Defrost Programme selected only the Clock and the Programme
symbol are displayed.
The oven is initially programmed with default temperatures or percentages which can be changed according to
the programme selected. The minimum temperature that can be set is 50°C.
The maximum temperature that can be set varies depending on the cooking programme.
