Enable or disable terminal discovered mode.

[in] Flag that indicates whether to enable (TRUE) or disable (FALSE) the terminal discovered mode
Returned Values
If the action succeeds, the returned value is E_FUNC_SUCCEED. If the action fails, possible returned value is
BT_ERR_SETTING_FAIL.
