  First, reset the GFCI on the spa pack by pushing “On”. If the GFCI resets momentarily and then trips again, check the blower. Also, ensure the household circuit breaker is switched to the "Off" position and then back to "On". If the issue persists, refer to the wiring directions in your equipment manual or contact your spa dealer or the factory to verify that the equipment is wired correctly and has proper power.

Also, make sure all knife valves are completely open. If they are locked, rotate the handle one-half turn and then pull up.

  The water may be dirty, or the water in the spa's piping may be dirty. Ensure your spa is in "24 Hour" Mode and running continuously. Also, insufficient water circulation may be the cause. Ensure your spa is in the "24 Hour" Mode and running continuously, so the Ozonator (if equipped) or chemicals mix properly. Another possible cause is a clogged or damaged filter cartridge. Thoroughly clean the filter, or replace it if heavily embedded or damaged.

Also, ensure that the knife valves are fully open to ensure sufficient water flow, and restart the spa. Finally, ensure the water level in the spa is at the appropriate level, about to the top slit of the skimmer, to ensure sufficient water flow to the heater, and then restart.

  Immediately shut off the spa to prevent equipment damage. Ensure all knife valves are in the open position (pulled up). If fully down, turn them one-half turn before pulling open. Also, ensure the water level in the spa is approximately at the top slit of the skimmer. Turn the thermostat to the lowest setting to protect the heater. To release air from the system, with the pump running, loosen (but do not remove) the bleed valve on the filter lid until water spurts out, then re-close it.

  If there is an air lock inside the jet pump system, turn the system off and locate the quick coupler closest to the pump that is not operating. Loosen it by turning counterclockwise until water starts flowing out. Retighten and try to operate the system again.
