    • H
      hernandezoliviaAug 11, 2025
A noisy Arlec Fan can be caused by several factors: * Loose or rattling light kit glassware. Ensure the brass knob securing the glass is finger tight. * Incorrect bulbs in the light kit. Verify that you are using the suggested bulbs. * Loose fan blade screws. Re-tighten all screws on the fan blades, but avoid over-tightening. * The ceiling fan is not secured against the ceiling. Re-tighten all screws in the hanging bracket or plate. * Incorrect speed controller. Replace the controller with the one supplied and re-tighten the screws on the upper side of the fan motor body.

What to do if my Arlec Fan wobbles?
    • C
      Charles CraneAug 22, 2025
If your Arlec Fan is wobbling, it could be due to: 1. Fan blades not being horizontal to the ceiling. Measure from the ceiling to the tip of each blade. Rotate the fan and check that all blades are at an equal height from the ceiling. (Adjustments can be made by applying slight pressure up or down on the blade holders). 2. Loose blade screws. Ensure that all screws are securely fastened.
