Handle battery with caution due to electrical power. Avoid concrete, punctures, short circuits, and wet conditions.
Store batteries between 0-35°C at 50-100% charge. Recharge every 6-8 weeks to maintain lifetime.
Check main power switch, wire tightness, and battery connections if the E-bike has no power.
Check charge level, brake handle switch, throttle, and controller connections if lights work but bike won't move.
Sudden shutdowns are often due to low voltage cut off. Charge the e-bike frequently to maintain capacity.
Recommended battery voltage ranges for 48V, 60V, 72V bikes. Condition new batteries by charging/discharging.
