• Remove the front cover
• Record the last 4 characters on the device ID tag (highlighted below)
• In this example they are “A532”
9. Fill out the “Device Tag” eld with T022FF000002 followed by the recorded 4 characters.
• In this example the Device Tag will be T022FF000002A532
