      There are a couple of reasons why your ARO Burner might be taking a long time to heat up: * The appliance takes longer to heat up when it is cold outside. * If the gas supply is not sufficient because there is not enough gas in the gas cylinder(s), refill or replace the gas cylinder(s). * Check if the gas hose(s) is / are blocked or clogged.

      If your ARO Burner doesn't ignite at all, it could be due to several reasons: * The electrode may be covered with cooking residues. Use a clean swab and alcohol to clean it. * The electrode or wire may be damaged. Replace it with a new electrode assembly with wire. * The wires of the electrode are loose or have fallen off. Replace them with a new electrode assembly with wire. * The orifice may be blocked. Clear the orifice. * The electrode may not be aimed at the burner hole. Align the electrode and the burner hole, adjusting the distance between the metal pin of the electrode and burner hole to 3 - 5 mm.

Turn all the control knobs to the off positions, if any burner does not ignite within 5 seconds. Wait for 5 minutes to let the gas dissipate and try again.
