      If your Aroma Rice Cooker produces rice that's too moist or soggy after cooking, stir it with the serving spatula. This redistributes moisture and helps release excess moisture. Then, close the lid and keep it on "Keep-Warm" for 10-30 minutes, stirring occasionally to release more moisture.

      If your rice is too dry, hard, or chewy after your Aroma Rice Cooker switches to the "Keep-Warm" mode, add ½ to 1 cup of water and stir it in. Close the lid and press the QUICK RICE button. When the rice cooker switches to "Keep-Warm" again, open the lid and check the rice. Repeat if needed until the rice is soft and moist.

      The bottom layer of rice in your Aroma Rice Cooker might brown or caramelize during cooking. To reduce this, rinse the rice before cooking to remove extra starch. Also, stir the rice after it switches to the "Keep-Warm" setting to help prevent browning or caramelizing.
