What to do if Aroma Select Stainless ARC-753SG Rice Cooker makes rice too soggy?

If your Aroma Rice Cooker produces rice that is too moist or soggy, use the serving spatula to stir the rice. This will redistribute moisture and release any excess. Then, place the lid on top and allow the cooker to remain on Warm mode for 10-30 minutes, removing the lid and stirring periodically until the rice reaches the desired consistency.
