Usage Features

Setting up the ISK involves a few straightforward steps, ideally performed by two people due to its size and weight. After unboxing, the ISK unit is carefully laid on its side to attach the base stand using the provided socket cap screws and Allen key. Adjustable level shoes are then secured to the bottom corners of the base stand to ensure stability. Once the base stand is attached, the unit is lifted to an upright position, and the Wi-Fi antenna is connected to the wireless port on the lower back. Finally, the ISK is plugged into a standard 100V~120V – 15~20A outlet, and the main power switch is turned on.

Adding fragrance oil to the ISK is a simple process. Users unlock the front panels with a key, open the swivel doors, and detach the 500 mL bottles from their holders. The bottles are then unscrewed, filled with the preferred Aroma360 fragrance oil, and securely screwed back into place. To play videos, a USB containing video files is inserted into the USB port at the back panel. The Video widget in the app automatically scans the files, allowing users to select a video to play. Maintenance Features

Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity and optimal performance of the ISK. A crucial caution is to never add water to the aroma oils; only undiluted aroma should be poured into the empty bottles. When transporting the diffuser, it is imperative to remove the aroma oils to prevent damage. The diffuser must always be kept in an upright position to avoid leakage and potential damage to the unit. Ensuring that the aroma oil bottle is properly aligned and tightly sealed is also vital to prevent leaks.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to clean the unit every two months by running alcohol through the diffuser for 15-30 minutes. This helps maintain the diffusion mechanism. Users are advised not to attempt to disassemble the unit. If any issues arise, support should be contacted directly.

The troubleshooting guide provides solutions for common problems. If date and time settings are incorrect, users should check location settings and manage date/time in System Settings. For issues with the ISK not diffusing, checks include ensuring the pipette and bottle are properly installed, verifying oil levels, pressing the reset button, and observing the light indicator for connection status (fast blue blinking for not connected, slow flashing blue for connected, green for diffusing).
