  If your Aroma360 Digital Signage diffuser isn't being detected via Bluetooth, ensure the power switch for the diffuser is turned on. Check the light indicator on the side panel of the ISK. A fast blue blinking light indicates it's not connected, while a slow flashing blue light means it is connected, and green means it's diffusing. Try pressing the reset button on the side panel of the ISK or turn the diffuser switch off for 5 seconds, then back on for a hard reset.

  If your Aroma360 Digital Signage diffuser isn't detected by WiFi, ensure the ISK is connected to the network. If it still doesn't work, try pressing the reset button on the side panel of the ISK or turn the diffuser switch off for 5 seconds and then back on for a hard reset.

  If your Aroma360 Digital Signage ISK is not diffusing, check that the pipette and bottle are properly installed and verify the oil level. You can also press the reset button on the side panel of the ISK. If it’s blinking fast blue, it’s not connected; a slow flashing blue light means it is connected, and green indicates it's diffusing. As another option, turn OFF the diffuser switch for 5 seconds and turn it back ON for a hard reset.
