Usage Features
Setting up the ISK involves a few straightforward steps, ideally performed by two people due to its size and weight. After unboxing, the ISK unit is carefully laid on its side to attach the base stand using the provided socket cap screws and Allen key. Adjustable level shoes are then secured to the bottom corners of the base stand to ensure stability. Once the base stand is attached, the unit is lifted to an upright position, and the Wi-Fi antenna is connected to the wireless port on the lower back. Finally, the ISK is plugged into a standard 100V~120V – 15~20A outlet, and the main power switch is turned on.
Adding fragrance oil to the ISK is a simple process. Users unlock the front panels with a key, open the swivel doors, and detach the 500 mL bottles from their holders. The bottles are then unscrewed, filled with the preferred Aroma360 fragrance oil, and securely screwed back into place. To play videos, a USB containing video files is inserted into the USB port at the back panel. The Video widget in the app automatically scans the files, allowing users to select a video to play. Maintenance Features
Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity and optimal performance of the ISK. A crucial caution is to never add water to the aroma oils; only undiluted aroma should be poured into the empty bottles. The troubleshooting guide provides solutions for common problems. If date and time settings are incorrect, users should check location settings and manage date/time in System Settings.
