Problem Solution
Date & Time settings is not correct • Go to settings, check if your location setting is ON
• Go to setting, manage your date and time in System Settings
ISK is not diusing • Check the pipette and bottle are properly installed
• Check the oil level
• Press the reset button at the side panel of the ISK
• If it’s blinking fast blue, it’s not connected
• Slow flashing blue light means it connected.
• When it’s diusing it’s green…
• Turn OFF the diuser switch for 5 seconds and turn it back ON for a hard reset
Screen is not turning on • Check the power cable
• Make sure the main power switch is turned ON
Diuser is not detected by Bluetooth • Make sure the power switch for each diuser is ON
• Check the light indicator at the side panel of the ISK
• If it’s blinking fast blue, it’s not connected
• Slow flashing blue light means it connected.
• When it’s diusing it’s green…
