TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Solution
Date & Time settings is not correct Go to settings, check if your location setting is ON
Go to setting, manage your date and time in System Settings
ISK is not diusing Check the pipette and bottle are properly installed
Check the oil level
Press the reset button at the side panel of the ISK
If its blinking fast blue, it’s not connected
Slow flashing blue light means it connected.
When its diusing it’s green…
Turn OFF the diuser switch for 5 seconds and turn it back ON for a hard reset
Screen is not turning on Check the power cable
Make sure the main power switch is turned ON
Diuser is not detected by Bluetooth Make sure the power switch for each diuser is ON
Check the light indicator at the side panel of the ISK
If its blinking fast blue, it’s not connected
Slow flashing blue light means it connected.
When its diusing it’s green…
