Why do my Artiste ADH300 have no sound and only buzz?

  If your Artiste Headsets produce no sound, only a buzzing sound or static, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the headset and audio source are powered on, and the headset volume is at a reasonable level. Check all cable connections to ensure they are fully inserted into the correct ports (AUDIO OUT for the transmitter). If using a digital audio connection, set the Audio Output on your TV to "PCM". Also, try charging the battery completely, making sure the headband is retracted and contacting the pins correctly. Wireless interference may cause static, so keep the transmitter away from other wireless devices. If the issue persists, the audio cable may be defective, and you should contact customer service.
