If the area around your ASAKUKI Humidifier is damp, the humidity may be too high. Try turning down the mist level or turning off the humidifier, and open a door or window to improve airflow. You can also move the humidifier to a more well-ventilated room. When refilling the water tank, wipe off any excess water.

      Kelly LaraSep 9, 2025
If little or no mist is coming out of your ASAKUKI Humidifier, try turning the mist level to a higher setting and ensure the water tank is full. Clean the humidifier and make sure the nozzles aren't blocked. Also, ensure the humidifier is on a level surface and the air inlet on the bottom isn't blocked. If the water temperature is too low, let the humidifier run for a while, then adjust to the desired setting. If the water tank was washed with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
