Verify that the end of the outlet hose is securely inserted into the drain receptacle. Also, make sure nothing is caught between the Smart Seal and the tank, such as apron strings, small handkerchiefs, or socks.

      Ensure that the pin trap or outlet hose isn’t blocked and clean if necessary. Also, make sure the No Spin option is turned off. Note that if a load is out of balance, the washer will rotate a few seconds to redistribute the load and then attempt to spin again.

      First, make sure the No Spin option isn’t turned on. Then, check that the pin trap isn’t clogged and that the outlet hose isn’t clogged. Also, check for kinks in the outlet hose and ensure that no part of the outlet hose (including any joints) is less than 3/4” (19 mm) in diameter.

Mend all garments before laundering to prevent enlarging of rips. 6. Wash only half loads and don’t wash in the same load with heavy items, such as towels or jeans.
