5.2 Technical Support Procedures

unsolved, please contact ASRock Rack’s technical support with the following information:
1. Your contact information
2. Model name, BIOS version and problem type.
3. System conguration.
4. Problem description.

5.3 Returning Merchandise for Service
For warranty service, the receipt or a copy of your invoice marked with the date of purchase
is required. By calling your vendor or going to our RMA website (http://event. asrockrack.
com/tsd.asp) you may obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
e RMA number should be displayed on the outside of the shipping carton which is mailed
prepaid or hand-carried when you return the motherboard to the manufacturer. Shipping
and handling charges will be applied for all orders that must be mailed when service is
complete.
