Note:
- e NUC BOX requires DDR4 SO-DIMM (1.2V).
- For dual channel conguration, you always need to
install identical (the same brand, speed, size and
chip-type) DDR4 SO-DIMM pairs.
*For NUC BOX series, it is not recommended to install 2.5” HDD. If you install the 2.5” HDD, please keep the NUC BOX in a vertical position to ensure
better cooling performance.

How to Install the M.2 Heatsink
1. Gently insert the M.2 module, along the
guiding tabs, into the heatsink bracket.
2. Remove the membranes from both sides of
the thermal pad. en paste the thermal pad
onto the M.2 module.
3. Align the heatsink to the edge of the bracket and
press down the heatsink into the bracket until it
clips into place.

How to Install the VESA Bracket
1. Attach the two screws to the base of the
NUC BOX.
2. Attach the VESA Bracket to the rear of
a compatible display using the four screws.
*Choose mounting holes depending on the
mounting hole pattern of your LCD screen
(75 mm × 75 mm or 100 mm × 100 mm).
3. Mount the NUC BOX by sliding
it into place.

e NUC BOX can be placed in vertical or horizontal position.
How to install a M.2 M-key module with a M.2 E-Key module
1. Remove the default screw securing the
M.2 E-Key (Wi-Fi) module, and replace
it with the hexagon stando.
2. Carefully insert the M.2 M-key Module
with heatstink into the slot.
3. Tighten the screw to secure the M.2 module
and the heatsink to the motherboard.
