If the conveyor belt slips under
load it should be tensioned just
enough to prevent slipping.
Both take-up screw rods
should be tensioned at the
same time.
Take-up screw rods must be
tightened equally to prevent
belt damage and insure
proper operation.
Conveyor Belt Tension
(50 hours)
NOTICE
Inspect fasteners and tighten
or replace if loose or missing.
Conveyor Belt Splice
