If material is leaking, or
becoming wedged between
rubber fl ashing on the hopper
and conveyor belt, it may need
to be extended.
1. Loosen clamp bar bolts and
work the fl ashing down so it
just contacts the belt.
2. Retighten the clamp bar
bolts.
3. Repeat procedure for
opposite side and end.

Belt Cleaner and Blade
(50 hours)
Make sure blade is tight. To
tighten belt cleaner blade,
tighten the blade up to belt
contact and then tighten
one more click. Refer to the
informational decal located
on the belt cleaner for more
information.
Check blade for excessive
wear and proper tension.
Replace blade if it is worn to
the wear line.
Refer to the belt cleaner manual
included with the conveyor for
instructions on replacing the
belt cleaner.
