Prior to starting the engine, ensure that all E-Stops are released and all
personnel are clear from the area.

Starting the Engine
Locate the Engine control panel on the plant.
Push and hold Murphy Switch, Turn Key clockwise to start engine.
After engine starts and oil pressure comes up, release Murphy Switch
The default engine idle speed is set to 1100 RPM.
Increase engine speed to 2200 RPM by turning the throttle control knob counter-clockwise.
